- Performance & Capacity Management: We will monitor all critical elements of your server(s) and will respond to any alerts within 60 minutes or less.
- Incident Management: We respond to all events that cause, or may cause, an interruption to normal operations and service levels.
- System Administration: We manage your server(s) as though we are the network administrator.
- Hardware Management: Circuitz will order, replace, or just install any necessary hardware to maintain or improve current operation.
- Patch Management: Microsoft releases patches almost every day to protect your servers from newly discovered vulnerabilities. Failure to apply patches increases the risk of failure. We will apply all necessary patches for you.
